This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") informs you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information or personal data we receive from account holders utilizing the InstinctIQ platform, website, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services") and anyone who visits the website, but is not a registered user.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website at https://instinctiq.com/privacy-policy and revising the Effective Date at the top of this policy.
1. Who We Are
InstinctIQ ("InstinctIQ," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates a structured training and operational framework platform and learning content and other materials through the Services designed for pet care facilities and the professionals employed within them.
2. Applicability
This Policy applies to information collected from:
- Account Holders who are typically the facility owner, or another individual designated as the account administrator by the facility owner of a specific customer account (each, a "Subscriber")
- Managers, employees, and other personnel of Subscriber facilities who access the platform (each, a "General User")
- Visitors to our website at instinctiq.com
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information Provided Directly
When a Subscriber registers for or purchases a subscription, we may collect:
- Full name, business or facility name, email address, and telephone number
- Billing address and payment information (processed through Stripe, Inc.; see Section 3.3)
- Facility information, including employee count and team structure
- Communications submitted to InstinctIQ, including support requests, inquiries, or feedback
3.2 Information Collected Through the Learning Management System
Our platform is delivered through TalentLMS, a third-party learning management system ("LMS"). TalentLMS collects and processes certain personal data on our behalf, including:
- Full name and email address of each learner
- Course enrollment, completion status, and progress data
- Assessment scores and performance metrics
- Login timestamps and platform usage activity
InstinctIQ, as the platform super administrator, has access to learner data within each Subscriber account. This access is used to support platform functionality, assist Subscribers, and monitor overall training performance. TalentLMS's processing of data is also governed by its own Privacy Policy (https://www.talentlms.com).
3.3 Payment Information
All subscription payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. InstinctIQ does not collect or store full payment card numbers or other sensitive financial data. Stripe's processing is governed by its Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
3.4 Referral Program Data
InstinctIQ operates a referral program through Rewardful. Participants may have personal information, including name, email address, and referral activity, collected and processed in accordance with Rewardful's Privacy Policy.
3.5 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address and general geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Our website is built on Webflow and hosted through GoDaddy, Inc. We use Google Analytics to analyze usage. By using our website, you consent to data collection by these third parties as described herein.

- Create and manage Subscriber and User accounts
- Process payments and send billing communications
- Provide access to the platform and EssentialsIQ content
- Monitor learner progress and support Subscribers

- Analyze usage and improve Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
5. Disclosure of Information
InstinctIQ does not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information:
- To TalentLMS for platform delivery
- To Stripe, Inc. for payment processing
- To Rewardful for referral program administration
- To Webflow, Inc. and GoDaddy, Inc. for hosting and infrastructure
- To Google LLC for analytics
- To legal or regulatory authorities when required
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of InstinctIQ, Users, or the public
All service providers are contractually required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and may not use it beyond their defined purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for the duration of an active subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Learner data within TalentLMS is subject to TalentLMS's retention policies.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and user experience. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect site functionality. Continued use of the website constitutes consent to cookie use as described.
8. Data Security
InstinctIQ implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payment data is processed exclusively through Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Request data portability where applicable
