Cancellation, Refunds, Promotions, and Referral Rewards Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued, you will retain access through the end of your current billing month.

Month-to-Month Plans

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. Monthly fees are non-refundable, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing month.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is available for a limited time and is based on team size:

Once Founding Member pricing ends, new subscriptions will be offered at the standard tiered rates.

Founding Member pricing applies to the subscribing organization and is non-transferable. Founding Member pricing is forfeited upon (1) cancellation of the subscription, or (2) non-payment exceeding 30 days from the due date. Upon forfeiture, reactivation is subject to standard pricing in effect at that time.

Grace Period Refunds

If you contact us within 7 days of an initial purchase or renewal, we will review refund requests for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or clear billing errors. If a refund is issued, access ends immediately and your license to use subscription content terminates.

Referral Program

InstinctIQ offers a referral program through which existing subscribers may refer other facilities. Referred facilities receive $50 off their first month at the time of subscription. Referring subscribers earn a $100 subscription credit after the referred subscriber completes 90 days as an active subscriber.

Referral subscription credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied toward past charges. Self-referrals are not permitted. If the referred subscriber cancels or receives a refund before completing 90 days, the referral subscription credit will be voided.

InstinctIQ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.

Promotional Discounts and Credits

From time to time, we may offer additional promotions or discounts. Promotional discounts and credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire. If a purchase is refunded, any associated promotional benefit may be reduced, voided, or reversed as applicable.

Exceptions

We may provide refunds or credits in limited circumstances — for example, if required by law, for verified billing errors, or where service availability issues materially impacted access. Any exception is at our discretion and may be offered as a credit rather than a cash refund.
