What is Founder's Pricing?
Founder's Pricing locks in a permanent discount of $50/month off the standard EssentialsIQ rate for the life of your subscription. It's available for a limited time during our launch period.
What happens to my price if I stay subscribed?
Your rate is locked. Founder's Pricing is permanent for active subscribers — your price will not increase as long as your subscription remains active.
Which plan is right for my facility?
Plans are based on staff count. Small covers up to 15 staff, Medium up to 30, and Large up to 50. If you have more than 50 staff or operate multiple locations, use the Contact Us option for a custom setup.
What's included in every plan?
Every plan includes the EssentialsIQ training program, responsibility-based learning tracks for employees, managers, and owners, structured learning tracks, care and policy guidance, operational support documentation, and reinforced learning check-ins.
Do you offer multi-location plans?
Yes. Self-serve plans are designed for single locations with up to 50 staff. Multi-location operators should use the Contact Us option for a custom plan.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer another facility, they receive $50 off their first month. After they've been an active subscriber for 90 days, you receive a $100 subscription credit.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. EssentialsIQ is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. See our full Cancellation & Refunds Policy for details.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or clear billing errors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our full Cancellation & Refunds Policy for details.
What happens to my Founder's Pricing if I cancel?
